Our Approach
Early Check-in:
Our managers call candidates daily to ensure that they are on their way to work, eliminating any issues that will prevent them getting to site.
Keeping You Informed
If a candidate is running late or has issues getting to site, your designated manager will contact you before candidates are due on-site and a replacement will be organized if required.
Transportation Provided
Oz Construction Services can provide vehicles to candidates if required to ensure they can get to sites in hard-to-reach areas, not easily accessible by public transport.

Worker qualifications & tickets are validated and checked by our team.
Work directly with the client is done to prevent workplace injury.
