Do you provide FIFO + DIDO workers?Yes, we are supplying FIFO & DIDO workers in remote areas across Australia. Travel charges apply.

Payment Terms- How does it work?Invoiced weekly & paid 14 days from invoice. Our facility allows for the payment of your account by Electronic Funds Transfer

Can you get workers inducted?Yes, anything under one hour is free. Inductions that take over one hour to complete will incur a standard hourly charge. Before booking please contact your company rep to discuss. Medicals required will be additional 10% cost. Any vaccinations required will be cost +10%.

What happens when my site is rained off?Labour hire offers you flexibility as weather is sometimes unpredictable. Notify Oz Labour 2 hours before pre-start to cancel workers booked in same day.

Once we start working together, when can I contact you?The labour hire manager assigned to your company/site will be available to reach 7 days a week.

How long does it take you to find workers?We can supply many workers that next day. Ex: excavator operators, moxy operators, carpenters, formworkers etc. For some previously inducted workers and for the less common professions (welders, pipelayers, foreman), it may take a few days to find the right fit.

Do you provide PPE?Our workers must bring their own mandatory PPE; Hard hat, long sleeve high vis, work pants & steel toe boots. Site specific PPE can be discussed with OzLabour when booking in workers.

What happens if I am not happy with with one of the workers supplied.We rarely have bad reviews of workers. You can let us know as soon as your have doubts about a worker, after that day we will ask them not to return to site and will find you an alternative.

How do you track the hours that workers do?All our workers clock in and out of your site using a GPS enabled timesheet app that we give them access to.

Contract lengths?There is a minimum of 4 hours work per day. We can also deploy a worker for as long as you need. If you want to recruit them internally then, we have a process for that too.

When and how often are we paid?You will receive payment every Friday, for the previous weeks work.

Do you do regional work?Yes, mainly in Queensland so you would need to apply to CBC, one of the companies in OzLabour Group.

What is the best thing to do for my application?Having your own transport is a huge advantage. Many sites are tough to access without one and you will save yourself up to 10 hours a week versus taking public transport.
